Women’s Bible Study

The Women’s Bible Study group usually meets every first and third Thursday of the month at 6 pm, starting on September 17. As study guide we will use The Promised One by Nancy Guthrie. This guide provides a fresh look at the book of Genesis, showing how its narratives, symbols, people, and promises point to Christ. We will see Christ as the agent of creation, the offspring who will crush the head of the serpent, the ark of salvation, the source of the righteousness credited to Abraham, the substitutionary sacrifice provided by God, the Savior to whom the whole world must come for life, and more.

Everyone will receive a copy of the study guide.

Childcare will be provided. If you want, you can let us know at info@burryschurch.com beforehand, but it is not necessary - just show up.
