Interim Pastor James Richwine
Interim Pastor
Jim Richwine is a Pennsylvania native. In fact both he and his wife, Brooke, grew up in our state. Jim hails from Mechanicsburg (near Carlisle) and Brooke from Drexel Hill (outside Philadelphia). They now make their home in New Philadelphia, Ohio so they can be near their two sons, two daughters-in law, and nine grandchildren. Jim comes to us through Interim Pastor Ministries, a group that specializes in providing seasoned pastors to help churches transition between pastors. This is his third pastorate as an interim. Prior to that he served 40+ years in differing pastoral roles in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), These church locations include Pennsylvania, Florida, Alberta CA, North Carolina, and Alabama. He enjoys sports (Go Eagles), woodworking, and household repair and remodeling projects. At this time in his life, his great passion in ministry is to see the church of God be healthy; for it to thrive in a world that is increasingly hostile to the Person and work of Jesus Christ.
